Problems to solve in this project:

As a start-up with only seven people, Fitbit's biggest problems in product development are the complexity of the product structure and the team's ability to solve problems with product mold structures, processing processes, and so on.

iMotion helped customers solve mold design, material test selection and other issues, and constantly optimize the processing process to improve product yield. Later to help customers develop fully automatic packaging line to improve product productivity.
